Shower enclosure for 2
The shower enclosure x 2 is a particular way of interpreting the bathroom, often required. It needs a suitable space, to be furnished with a single shower enclosure or two combined.
Single shower 160 cm wide (at least)
A shower x 2 obtained from a single cabin requires at least 160 cm wide because it must accommodate two showerheads inside. It can be placed both in niche and corner that with 3 sides and it is preferable to have two doors matched so as to ensure a useful entrance space that is large and allows you to go left and right. The opening can be both sliding and swing; in the latter case we recommend an 8 mm glass because it is more stable.
Two shower enclosures joined
The shower x 2 can also be composed of two walk-in shower enclosures side by side, for example, with the advantage of the considerable ease of access due to the absence of doors.
The most convenient solution is to place two cabins in a niche with the external glass and central entrance. They can have separate shower trays or, preferably, a single shower tray that goes from one end to the other. The walk-in can be fixed to the wall with a profile (which can be drowned in the wall) or with hinges.
Glass stability is guaranteed in three ways:
- the standard bar, which also allows shower and hydromassage column
- the bar that also acts as a showerhead
- the bar is replaced by a special shelf, which also allows shower and hydromassage column
